It's hard to explain how gratifying it is to be on the road doing something you love. I remember once, two years ago, I engineered stage sound for a certain (now ultra successful) Irish singer-songwriter, and after soundcheck all he could do was moan moan and moan about how many radio interviews he had to do, and how he wished he didn't have to do them. All the while I'm thinking to myself "you lucky f***er, how on this earth do you take being so busy for granted, if only I could be in your shoes". Well now I am, we all are, and every minute is enjoyable. This radio tour has lasted 6 weeks now and here are just a tiny portion of pictures Shaky and I have taken. Most of these moments are in-between interviews, the part of this tour we really enjoy. Maybe I can forgive 'that' person for complaining about his interviews, now that I've just copped he did it all on his own. I suppose it's being on the road with good friends that makes it that much more special.
